So what are the chances that BMW produce an M version of the revamped Z4 with a V8

Would be interested if it would have a ragtop : it would be the M Z4 CSL and have way more bootspace :D

I don't think it will be long! The only fly in the ointment is the Z4 3.5is which is quicker that the "old" Z4M. So I'm not sure if its worth them actually making it. The Z4M also cost BMW some serious money in terms of depreciation on the zillions of select agreements that terminated with a GFV of £28k-£30k on cars that were worth about £20k!

No more V8's for BMW.

Hybrid with F1 KERS technology.

oh and turbocharged. no more normally aspirated engines ---- ever :flower

Correct.

It sounds like the last hurrah for the E92 M3 (apparently there is one last variant to be launched after the GTS) will be the last ever N/A M car for the forseable future.

Diesel is the future :ugeek:

I know of another certain car maker that said they'd never build a diesel...... and now its one of their best sellers :o
