I apologise for this post being delayed, I have been trying to negotiate a better deal than the one being offered by the hotel. The email I have just received says they are willing to supply a DJ/music for the event based on a minimum of 60 people, not sure if we will get that kind of response, but if everyone is aware of that at the beginning then it won't be a problem. Will endeavour to post up later this evening.
