Snowed in ...

Post by pvr »

Got 40 cm at the moment and still falling. Tree down over the road causes all sorts of fun and excitement for cars trying to get past anyway, going over the grass and getting stuck.

I keep telling them it is not going to work, but I keep forgetting to tell them there is a concrete bollard there as well they can not see. Counted 4 dented wings so far when they slide sideways into it (slightly hidden by the fallen tree).

Getting my camera out now and sit there for a bit

Paul, why not take the tree and turn it into fence bits, I believe there is someone in your area with bits of fence missing. Maybe you could do a deal?

From my observations, Land Rovers are the best in getting by. The last one only hit his rear bumper when he hit the bollard.

The snow has dropped off the bollard so it is now visible. Would it be offensive to film the driver's expression when he slides towards it?
