I accept it isn't technically brilliant, but I have included it as it is a unique event

Taken using an old, fully manual, Sigma 400mm lens (=600mm). Also hand-held @ 1/200th sec and @ISO 1600, from my bedroom window

Excellent sequence. It was too cloudy here to dig out the old 500mm Tamron. I looked at other images on Google and they all have that jagged edge where the Moon has been nibbled.
